Randy Moore, San Jose,
has an eight year winning streak of not one guilty verdict in 40 or 50
trials (he didn't keep count). Not one client was found guilty in any
case he's taken to trial in the past eight years!
Richard Hutton, Hutton & Wilson, Los
Angeles, the has tried 12 to 18 cases per year for the past 3 years. Each
year he had only one guilty verdict. He recently got not guilty verdicts
on all counts in two different trials where the defendant's blood tested
0.17%, over twice the legal limit! Bob Wilson, also of Hutton &
Wilson, Los Angeles, has an acquittal rate of 90%, meaning out of 10 cases
tried to jury verdict in the year ending in May, 2000, he got 9 verdicts
of not guilty on all counts.
